About
The way I practice
I’m Danielle, an Occupational Therapist with more than 15 years of experience in orthopedic, neurological, palliative, and medically complex care.
I chose occupational therapy because I was drawn to its whole-person approach. I’ve always believed that our health is about more than one part of us, and that how we feel in our bodies is deeply connected to how we experience our lives.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life’s most significant moments. I’ve seen the ways fear, grief, stress, hope, and connection can show up in the body and how much can change when someone feels truly seen, safe, and supported. Those experiences have shaped the way I understand health and the way I practice.
Today, I bring my experience as an OT together with hands-on work, lymphatic drainage, and nervous system support to address both the body and the ways health affects everyday life.
At the heart of my practice is the experience of being seen, safe, and supported. I offer my experience, my hands, my attention, and my presence as a supporting part of your journey of health.
I’m here to meet you where you are, listen closely, and walk alongside you on that journey.
